We are now running our first group fitness classes with bootcamp sessions scheduled over 3 days per week! Our amazing PT in-training Pania is leading a 45 min high intensity class suitable for beginners to advance starting Monday 2nd September at 9.30am! The bootcamp sessions are priced at $5pp for members with the option to add $10pw to your membership for UNLIMITED classes!! Classes are $10 for non-members (please note a minimum of 5 people is required for classes to go ahead). Classes are limited to 10 participants at a time so please check the calendar for the bootcamp schedule and sign in to the gym master app to book in - otherwise pop in and see us to book a spot!
